There is no Python package

pip install cymela succeeds, and that is the confusing part. It resolves to an empty placeholder we publish only to hold the name. It is not the CLI, it contains no SDK or bindings, and there is no Python route to Cymela.

Cymela Python package is not a way to download the Cymela CLI.
